A girl fell into a pit of boiling water on her way to school

In Orekhovo-Zuevo (Moscow region) an 11 year-old girl fell into a pit with boiling water. She was hospitalized with burns to her legs.

At the time of the incident the girl was walking to school. On the ground, which was covered with snow, she did not notice the hole and fell through. Now the prosecutor’s office is conducting an inspection.

“During the inspection, which is entrusted to the Orekhovo-Zuevsky city prosecutor’s office, the circumstances and causes of the incident will be established, an assessment of the implementation of federal legislation, including in the sphere of housing and communal services,” – said in the message of the department.
